We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team and play a crucial role in our continued growth.
What you will do:

generate qualified leads: Proactively identify and create Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through various channels, including LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing campaigns, attendance at industry events and meetings, and the organization of your own webinars and events

be the first point of contact: Serve as the initial point of contact for all leads you generate, building rapport and establishing strong relationship

conduct in-depth research: Diligently research potential customers to build a comprehensive database of target clients

contribute to strategy: Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to develop and refine an effective lead generation process

explore new avenues: Take initiative in identifying and executing additional activities to generate leads

meet and exceed targets: Achieve and surpass assigned lead generation targets

qualify opportunities: Take ownership of opportunities from the SQL stage, thoroughly review and evaluate them to determine their suitability as Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).

drive new business: Focus exclusively on acquiring new clients; this role does not involve managing existing account

handle legal aspects: Manage the signing of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

collaborate on deals: Potentially work alongside Account Managers to facilitate the signing of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and assist in offer preparation

master our solutions: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Neontri's current and historical product offerings

manage your pipeline: Prospect and nurture your own pipeline of SQLs within the ICP, while also working on SQLs generated by marketing. You will be responsible for adding leads at the SQL stage

estimate deal value: Accurately estimate potential contract values.

conduct effective meetings: Lead discovery calls and participate in sales meetings

maintain records: Diligently document all activities and progress in Hubspot.
What you bring:

exceptional communication skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in any additional language is considered a significant plus

sales experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales is required. Experience as a Sales Development Representative will be highly valued

industry knowledge: A strong interest in fintech, banking, and retail, along with a general understanding of IT and SaaS concepts

hunter mentality: A proactive and persistent approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

self-motivation: The ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively

strong research skills: Proven ability to conduct thorough research and gather relevant information

excellent interpersonal skills: The ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients

organizational skills: Strong ability to manage your pipeline, track activities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot experience is a plus).
