Your Responsibilities:
Develop and manage long-term, strategic partnerships with key e-commerce customers (Allegro, pure players and other sales platforms).
Create and execute business development strategies and customer activation plans tailored to the e-commerce environment.
Lead commercial negotiations, define cooperation terms, and manage promotional budgets.
Actively develop product categories with customers using category management approaches.
Deliver sales targets, monitor KPIs, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Analyzing sell-in and sell-out data and take data-driven action to optimize results.
Cooperate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, e-commerce activation, shopper marketing) to ensure seamless execution for key customers.
Ensure excellence in digital shelf management and e-content optimization.
Analyze market trends and competitive activities to recommend growth opportunities and corrective actions.
Share e-commerce knowledge and contribute to building digital expertise within the organization.
Your Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, ideally in the e-commerce channel within the FMCG sector.
Proven track record of working with major e-commerce players and marketplaces.
Solid experience in sales strategy creation and conducting successful commercial negotiations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex sales data and KPIs.
Highly goal-oriented with a proactive and relationship-building mindset.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce market, trends, and emerging digital solutions.
Fluent in both Polish and English.
Category B driving license.
