Sales Operations Analyst with English
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver insightful sales reports and summaries to support business decisions.
Enhance sales operations by identifying process gaps and recommending improvements.
Track key sales indicators and share performance updates with the leadership team.
Contribute to sales planning by analyzing past results and market developments.
Ensure CRM systems are up-to-date and support team members in maintaining data quality.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives related to sales effectiveness and operations.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, presentation materials, and client documentation.
Requirements:
University degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Finance.
At least 3 years of professional experience in sales support, analytics, or a similar function; background in the Institutional sector will be an advantage.
Strong numerical mindset and ability to interpret complex datasets.
Hands-on experience with analytical tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Confident communicator with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce).
Proficient in English.
