Job Description
Do you want to help create effective campaigns and events that strengthen Netcompany’s Employer Brand on the Polish market? You will join our Global EB team to ensure that we optimize and refresh our brand while maintaining strong visibility among our Polish target audience. Our goal is to strengthen Netcompany’s brand through our efforts to attract IT talent in Poland. We are innovative, and we take pride in delivering high quality.
The tasks in this role are diverse, and your day-to-day work will rarely look the same. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as local EB lead for various activities
Planning, coordinating, executing, and following up on (big) strategic events
Contributing to content development for our platforms and social media, identifying great stories (Employee portraits), and producing written material (Articles, Career Newsletter and other formats)
Building Partnerships, engagements with local organizations, sponsorships
Contributing to Online and offline EB Campaigns including recruitment marketing
Playing role of Employee Advocacy local lead - e.g. encouraging employees to share updates, write a post, or engage in general
Taking care of recruitment assets, employer branding materials, competition sites, stands, merchandise, one-pagers
Maintaining local career website and taking care of Internal Communication
EB Governance - e.g. keep track of employee photos and stay up to date on key messages
Handling and ordering merchandise for events, fairs
Driving the development of Netcompany’s employer brand by building country EB strategy
Supporting internally focused employer branding initiatives and projects in PL office
Building and maintaining strong collaboration with the local Talent Acquisition Team and the Head of HR
Qualifications
You have a BA or MA degree (HR, Psychology, Administration, Marketing, Communication, PR degree is preferable but not essential)
You are fluent in both Polish and English
You have experience in a similar role
You have hands-on work and a strategic approach with good PL IT market expertise
You are a creative person with the ability to adapt new ideas to Netcompany Global EB approach
You are motivated by producing written content and coming up with new concepts and events
You have outstanding time management and organizational skills
You are skilled at building relationships at all levels – both internal and external stakeholders
You have a very good command of MS Office and graphic design experience
You understand digital media
You have a strategic approach to planning EB events and know how to execute their outcomes
You are engaged, team-oriented, and able to make independent decisions – and one of your greatest strengths is your ability to communicate messages with conviction, enthusiasm, and an understanding of your audience
