Requirements

The Design Systems team, currently faces a high workload that requires specialized graphic skills, particularly in creating visually engaging and cohesive assets for our client-facing experiences. To ensure we maintain the highest quality and consistency across our digital platforms, we are seeking additional support from very skilled illustrators and graphic designers.

The scope of work includes:

• Creating eye-catching still and animated illustrations for our digital media and applications.

• Designing pixel-perfect, crisp icons that align with our existing icon guidelines, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding.

• Maintaining and improving our libraries of icons, illustrations, and animations, while managing the entire asset creation workflow.

• Driving the topic of illustration and animation within our organization to create a more emotional and human-friendly experience for our users.

• Collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align artwork with the narrative and messaging goals.

• Ensuring all digital artwork aligns with our internal marketing and branding guidelines for a unified brand experience.
