Currently we're looking for Senior Presales consultant and Presales Consultant.


Salary for Senior Presales Consultant:

  • PLN 14,000 - 17,000 gross monthly (Employment Contract).

  • PLN 14,400 - 20,400 net monthly (B2B) + 20 paid days off.

  • EUR 3,300 - 4,800 net monthly (B2B) + 20 paid days off.


Salary for Presales Consultant:

  • PLN 9,500 - 12,000 gross monthly (Employment Contract).

  • PLN 11,400 - 14,400 net monthly (B2B) + 20 paid days off.

  • EUR 2,200 - 2,800 net monthly (B2B) + 20 paid days off.


Requirements

Senior Presales Consultant:

  • 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end presales pursuits and complex solutioning engagements, ideally across multiple service lines or client verticals.

  • Proven track record of owning the full presales cycle — from client discovery to proposal submission — including direct client communication.

  • Skilled in conducting strategic discovery sessions, analyzing client challenges, and translating them into structured solution architectures and delivery models.

  • Strong capability in structuring and writing winning proposals, including technical narratives, commercial offers, and executive summaries.

  • Deep understanding of solution design principles, modern architectures (Netguru's offering -FE, BE, Mobile, AWS, GCP, Azure), and digital delivery models.

  • Proficiency in financial and pricing models, including rate cards, blended team structures, and margin optimization.

  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and commercial acumen — able to balance feasibility, competitiveness, and client value.

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to Sales and Delivery, driving pursuit qualification, strategy, and win themes.

  • Mentors junior presales consultants and contributes to scalable processes, templates, and playbooks.

  • English C1


Presales Consultant:

  • 3+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or client-facing business analysis within IT consulting, digital product development, or technology services firms.

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to end-to-end proposal development, collaborating closely with Sales and Delivery teams.

  • Capable of defining high-level solution outlines leveraging modern technology stacks (Netguru's offering - FE, BE, Mobile, AWS, GCP, Azure) with support from technical SMEs.

  • Familiar with effort estimation techniques, rate card models, and basic financial modeling for digital delivery.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to produce clear and well-structured proposal sections.

  • Good organizational discipline — manages timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups effectively across multiple pursuits.

  • Comfortable engaging with clients during discovery and qualification meetings to capture key requirements and clarify scope.

  • Demonstrates learning agility, gradually taking ownership of smaller pursuits with limited supervision.

  • English C1.


Responsibilities

Senior Presales Consultant:

  • Leading the end-to-end presales cycle, fully owning client communication, proposal strategy, and final submission.

  • Independently driving complex or multi-service pursuits, ensuring strategic alignment and commercial competitiveness.

  • Leading client discovery and solution definition, co-creating transformation roadmaps with Delivery and Technical SMEs.

  • Shaping solution narratives and value propositions, balancing technical feasibility and business impact.

  • Overseeing the bid lifecycle across global stakeholders, ensuring clarity of roles, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to Sales and Delivery leadership, contributing to pursuit qualification and win strategy.

  • Demonstrating measurable improvements in proposal efficiency, win rate, or quality (e.g. shorter turnaround, fewer reworks).

  • Mentoring and supporting junior presales team members, sharing best practices, assets, and frameworks.

  • Actively refining processes, methodologies, and pricing models to increase efficiency and competitiveness.


Presales Consultant:

  • Supporting and co-owns inbound leads and RFI/RFP responses, ensuring timely and compliant proposal submissions.

  • Actively participating in client discovery and qualification meetings, able to translate client needs into clear proposal inputs.

  • Collaborating closely with Sales and Delivery to co-create structured, compelling, and feasible proposals.

  • Delivering 2–3 smaller pursuits daily or supports 1–2 larger RFPs monthly under supervision of a Senior Consultant or Presales Lead.

  • Demonstrating ownership and organization, maintaining consistency with internal templates, pricing models, and approval processes.

  • Ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination, proactively flagging blockers and managing updates.

  • Contributing to improving shared assets (case studies, boilerplates, decks) and participates in retrospectives.

  • Building trust and being recognized as a reliable partner by Sales and Delivery peers.
