Stock Controller

Responsibilities:

- Stock control using available systems and applications

- Ensuring compliance of inventory levels between your own WMS and the client's WMS

- Explaining discrepancies between the actual and system status of goods

- Periodic reporting of warehouse stocks and movements and generating reports at the request of customers (including financial reports)

- Conducting periodic physical inventories and reflecting the inventory results in the WMS, reporting and explaining differences

- Entering and updating data in the system (masterdata)

- Reporting and solving inter-system communication problems and implementing solutions to maintain process continuity

- Making adjustments to the consumption of materials for production in SAP

- Participation in external audits

- Contact and maintaining good relationships with the client

Requirements:

- Experience in working as a Stock Controller in a warehouse with WMS

- Knowledge of logistics processes

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word

- Knowledge of English at a communicative level in speech and writing
