Senior Simulation Engineer (f/m)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of numerical models and conducting strength analyses (static, dynamic, Blade-Out, Bird Strike, Ice Ingestion) using Altair HyperMesh, Ansys Workbench and LS-DYNA software

• Project management and coordination of Fast Dynamics division

• Support in creation and deployment of technical and organizational processes, instructions and best practices

• Technical support of co-workers and sharing knowledge in the field of numerical simulations

Candidate profile:

• Language: English, C1

• Master degree in engineering

• Teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation, ‘can-do’ attitude, mentoring and decision-making skills,

• Ability of technical drawing interpretation

• In-depth understanding of the Theory of Elasticity and Plasticity, Implicit and Explicit numerical methods, proficiency in composite materials modelling, familiarity with meshless simulation methods

• Professional experience as a mechanical engineer / stress engineer preferably in aerospace industry

Nice to have:

• Language: French

• Design and GD&T experience will be considered a plus

• Programming skills in VBA and Python – automatization of repetitive tasks
