Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in IT recruitment to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the tech industry, thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building lasting relationships with candidates, and brings creativity and independence to their recruitment approach. You’ll take the lead in sourcing top-tier tech talent, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various IT and non-IT roles. 
• Cooperate closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies. 
• Create, edit, and publish job postings on internal platforms and external job boards. 
• Maintain and manage the candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. 
• Prepare and extend offer letters and guide candidates through the offer stage. 
• Contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects. 
• Work with recruitment KPIs to track performance and drive improvements. 
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. 
• Engage with a talent community, staying in regular contact with pipelined candidates and external partners. 

Skills & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment. 
• Experience in managing end-to-end IT recruitment projects. 
• Hands-on experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System. 
• Established network of candidates with strong and well-maintained relationships. 
• Independent, problem-solving and proactive mindset. 
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. 
• Proficiency in both English and Polish (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of AI tools and their practical applications in recruitment and business environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in recruiting talent outside of Poland, particularly in the USA and Latin America.
• Experience in market research and developing recruitment funnel plans.
