The Role
We're looking for a data-driven storyteller to elevate our global Talent Acquisition strategy. As a Recruitment Analytics Specialist at NIQ, you'll turn complex recruiting data into clear insights that help us hire better, faster, and more inclusively. You’ll partner with global teams, shape executive reporting, and build scalable solutions that fuel smarter hiring decisions.

You’re highly organized, detail-obsessed, and passionate about people as much as data. You thrive on collaboration and love turning insights into action.
What You’ll Do
Deliver smart, actionable recruiting metrics and executive dashboards
Forecast hiring needs and build future-ready pipelines
Clean, shape, and visualize data to solve complex TA challenges
Drive the recruiting data strategy with ITS, Engineering & Tech teams
Own data quality, design processes, and maintain documentation
Monitor trends and apply best practices from top research (e.g. Gartner)
What You Bring
3+ years in People Analytics, with TA focus
1–2 years building BI dashboards (Power BI a must)
Skilled in SmartRecruiters, Workday, stakeholder engagement
Bonus: Experience with ETL, Python, data modeling
Fluent in English
