Commercial Controller - NIVEA

Your Tasks

We are looking for a Commercial Controller for the cosmetics business in Poland as part of the Eastern Europe Finance team. Main responsibilities for this role include:

• Serving as a strategic business partner to the Heads of Commercial teams in Poland

• Analyzing and assessing annual promotion and sales plans

• Adhering to the annual reporting calendar schedule and various added requirements for local management team, Head Quarter / Regional Reporting

• Working closely together with the RGM team on promo optimization and pricing

• Ensuring an efficient monthly sales forecasting process, identifying insights and challenging the commercial teams

• Joined steering the financial forecast cycles for gross sales up to gross margin

• Taking active part in discussions related to Launches and Relaunches (DCC Process)

• Representing Finance in various projects (ie. new tools, Opex)

Your Profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Controlling or other Finance roles in FMCG

• Strong system skills (Excel, PowerPoint, ideally Power BI and SAP)

• Ability to influence and take ownership

• High problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to visualize complex data

• Languages: English (must-have - fluent)
