About SHEIN:

Responsibilities:

  • Customs declaration documents follow up, such as documents generation, communication, archive etc;
  • Cooperating with supply chain partner, such as warehouse and air freight team closely;
  • Regular tasks handling, such as Last Mile service provider and broker information collection;
  • PMC/ULD return cooridnation within team and brokers; bill real status etc;
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

  • Ready to work fully on-site in Magnice at ul. Jana Heweliusza 3, 55-040;
  • Must have: at least B2 level of English;
  • Higher education graduates or students (logistics, supply chain, finances or related);
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Creativity and willingness to think outside the box;
  • High initiative, independent work ethic;
  • Eligible to work in Poland without the need for visa sponsorship.
