Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist for a permanent, full-time B2B contractor role to independently execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for enterprise clients. You'll specialize in Reddit as your primary marketing channel, working within strategic frameworks developed by our leadership team to drive measurable business results through this high-impact, emerging platform.

What We Offer

Compensation: $2,200 - $2,800 USD monthly (paid in USD - B2B contract)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote work

Contract Type: Full-time B2B contractor (40 hours/week commitment required)

Hours: Afternoon & evening cover (12:00 - 20:00/13:00 - 21:00)

Required Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years marketing manager or marketing operations experience with proven client management results

• Demonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns independently with minimal oversight

• Experience managing multiple accounts/clients simultaneously while maintaining quality standards

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and community-based marketing approaches

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency with AI content tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) and design tools (Canva)

• Strong analytics background with experience translating data into strategic insights

• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, Excel, and Google Sheets

• Adaptability to learn new platform-specific tools quickly

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Execution:

• Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple enterprise client accounts

• Independently manage client relationships and campaign performance within established frameworks

• Develop tactical approaches to achieve strategic objectives set by senior leadership

• Optimize campaign performance and adjust execution based on data insights and platform analytics

Advanced Platform Operations:

• Master Reddit's unique ecosystem to identify and evaluate new community opportunities aligned with client objectives

• Build and maintain relationships with community moderators to expand strategic brand presence

• Execute sophisticated content strategies using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) and brand documentation

• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and brand consistency

Client Account Management:

• Serve as day-to-day client contact for campaign execution and performance updates

• Translate strategic direction into actionable campaign elements and timelines

• Proactively identify opportunities and challenges across client portfolios

• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to internal teams

Performance Optimization:

• Analyze campaign metrics (engagement, sentiment, impressions, conversions) using platform analytics tools

• Transform marketing data into actionable insights for campaign optimization

• A/B test content approaches and adjust tactics based on performance data

• Scale successful approaches across multiple client accounts

Reporting Structure

You'll work within a collaborative leadership structure, reporting to our Director of Reddit Strategy for strategic guidance, our Director of Operations for delivery oversight, and our Reddit Engagement Manager for day-to-day campaign management. This structure ensures you receive clear strategic direction while maintaining autonomous execution of client campaigns.
