We lead end‑to‑end digital production across websites, platforms, digital toolkits, content ecosystems, localisation programmes and multi‑market delivery models—ensuring accuracy, quality and consistent execution across all outputs. 

 
Job Summary 
 
We are looking for a Poland Account Lead to take full ownership of one of our most important client relationships in the local market. This role will be responsible for leading the business in Poland, acting as the primary client partner and ensuring the successful delivery of adaptation and amplification activities across the market. 

As the local business lead, you will work within an established regional and global operating model, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to drive commercial success, operational excellence, and long-term client growth. This is a highly visible role requiring strong client leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. 
 

Responsibilities 

  • Own and lead the business relationship in Poland, serving as the primary senior client contact. 

  • Drive the successful execution of local adaptation and amplification programmes, ensuring alignment with regional and global brand objectives. 

  • Provide strategic guidance and business leadership across all client initiatives within the Polish market. 

  • Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and act as a partner in identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation. 

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns, projects, and ongoing business activities. 

  • Work closely with the client's local content production studio to ensure effective planning, alignment, and delivery of market-specific content initiatives. 

  • Partner with international delivery teams, particularly across key operational hubs in Spain and Colombia, to ensure seamless execution, resource alignment, and consistent delivery standards. 

  • Establish and maintain a highly collaborative working relationship with the client's media agency partner, ensuring strong alignment across planning, execution, and performance activities. 

  • Work within the established agency and client operating model, ensuring effective collaboration across local, regional, and global teams. 

  • Manage business priorities, timelines, risks, and escalations while maintaining high standards of delivery and client satisfaction. 

  • Partner with commercial and finance stakeholders to support business planning, forecasting, and overall account performance. 

  • Ensure clear communication and alignment between local market needs and regional/global strategic direction. 

  • Champion operational excellence and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, ways of working, and client engagement models. 
     

Requirements 

  • Significant experience in Account Management, Client Services, Business Leadership, or a related client-facing role within an agency, consultancy, or marketing services environment. 

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale client relationships and managing strategic accounts. 

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, campaign delivery, content adaptation, and market amplification activities. 

  • Experience collaborating with content production teams, media agencies, and geographically distributed delivery teams within a complex stakeholder environment. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility at senior client and internal leadership levels. 

  • Experience working within complex regional or global organisational structures. 

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of account growth, forecasting, and business performance. 

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach. 

  • Ability to operate independently while influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

  • Experience working with international brands and multi-market programmes is highly desirable.

Reporting Line 

  • Reports locally to the Managing Director, Poland. 

  • Works closely with regional and global stakeholders, including UK leadership and Commercial Finance teams.
