What We Do 

We support delivery across websites, content platforms, digital toolkits, localisation workflows, release cycles and multi‑market digital operations-working closely with UX, UI, content, development, QA and project management teams. 

Job Summary 

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of digital projects. You will assist senior PMs across timelines, documentation, team coordination, QA workflows, content operations and multi‑market deployment. Ideal for someone organised, proactive, detail‑focused and eager to grow in digital delivery. 

Responsibilities 

• Support project planning, scheduling, documentation and day‑to‑day coordination. 

• Assist with requirement gathering, scoping notes and task tracking. 

• Work with UX, UI, design, content, development and QA teams to support delivery. 

• Help manage localisation workflows, content population and asset coordination. 

• Support QA, UAT, bug logging and release readiness checks. 

• Maintain risk logs, status reports and delivery trackers. 

• Assist with market onboarding, comms and rollout support. 

• Ensure all deliverables meet platform, brand and accessibility standards. 

• Contribute to digital documentation, governance and workflow improvements. 

Requirements 

• Some experience in digital project coordination, digital production or delivery support. 

• Basic understanding of UX, UI, development workflows and digital platforms. 

• Strong organisation, communication and multitasking skills. 

• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams in fast‑moving environments. 

• Familiarity with project management tools and digital delivery processes. 

• Positive, proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
