About the role:

We’re looking for a Content Production Automation Platform Specialist to manage the implementation and onboarding of a content automation platform for one of our global clients. In this role, you’ll handle the rollout of the platform across different teams - like client stakeholders, agency studio teams, and platform vendors - making sure it’s adopted smoothly and helps deliver static and video content efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead Implementation: Coordinate a multi-phased deployment across global markets, acting as the key liaison between the platform vendor, internal teams, and the agency.
  • Drive Onboarding: Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and materials (adapting vendor resources) to support user adoption, while providing ongoing training and troubleshooting support.
  • Optimize Workflows: Set up and manage creative templates for static and video content, ensuring alignment with branding and marketing goals, and collaborate with vendors for scalability.
  • Track Performance: Define and monitor KPIs to measure platform adoption and efficiency, delivering actionable insights and reports to leadership for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Fluent English language knowledge.
  • Experience with content automation platforms like Celtra, Rocketium, Creatopy, StoryTeq, Clinch, or Grip.
  • Experience in marketing operations, content production, or digital transformation, with a plus if you’ve trained or onboarded users on digital platforms. 
  • Background in managing SaaS rollouts in a global setting and working with global brands on multi-market projects. 
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems, marketing automation tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and motion graphics workflows.
