Job Summary
We’re looking for a Producer to manage and deliver high‑quality content across OP Warsaw’s diverse portfolio of clients.
You will oversee projects from brief through to delivery, collaborating with creatives, designers, editors, motion teams, and external partners to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, solutions‑focused, and experienced in end‑to‑end production within fast‑paced creative environments.
Responsibilities
Manage projects across digital, social, film, print, and integrated campaigns from briefing to delivery.
Work with creative teams to understand project objectives, scope, timelines, and required resources.
Develop clear schedules, budgets, and production plans, ensuring alignment with client and internal expectations.
Coordinate designers, motion artists, editors, and external partners throughout the production process.
Manage production logistics including bookings, asset delivery, approvals, and versioning.
Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and technical specifications.
Communicate progress, risks, and changes proactively with stakeholders.
Support directors and senior producers with pitches, cost estimates, and project scoping.
Maintain organised project documentation, asset libraries, and delivery trackers.
Champion efficient workflows and contribute to improving production processes across the team.
Requirements
Professional experience as a Producer or Production Coordinator within a creative, agency, or production environment.
Strong understanding of production workflows across digital, social, film, and integrated campaigns.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Confidence collaborating with creatives, designers, editors, and external partners.
Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into actionable production plans.
Strong communication skills and comfort presenting project details to stakeholders.
Proactive approach to problem‑solving and managing production challenges.
Familiarity with project management tools and file‑delivery platforms.
A positive, solutions‑focused mindset with high attention to detail.
