Job Summary 

We’re looking for a Senior Retoucher to create exceptional, high‑quality imagery across OP Warsaw's wide range of clients and deliverables. 

You will handle complex retouching tasks, colour grading, compositing, cleanup work, and high‑volume asset refinement while ensuring creative consistency and best‑in‑class visual output. 

This role suits someone with excellent technical skills, strong creative instincts, and the ability to collaborate with photographers, designers, producers, and creative leads. 

Responsibilities 

• Deliver high‑end retouching across beauty, product, lifestyle, and campaign imagery. 

• Retouch, colour‑grade, composite, and enhance images while preserving brand consistency. 

• Collaborate with producers, designers, photographers, and creative leads to interpret and execute visual direction. 

• Manage large volumes of assets efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards. 

• Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and platform requirements. 

• Oversee QC processes to ensure pixel‑perfect output. 

• Support junior retouchers with guidance, feedback, and best‑practice workflows. 

• Maintain organised file structures, naming conventions, and version control. 

• Contribute to the development of retouching workflows, templates, and toolkits. 

  
  

Requirements 

• Extensive experience as a Retoucher or Senior Retoucher in agency, studio, or production environments. 

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and industry‑standard retouching tools. 

• Strong understanding of colour workflow, file formats, colour space management, and printing standards. 

• Ability to work on beauty, fashion, product, and lifestyle imagery at a high level. 

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, flawless work. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret feedback from creative stakeholders. 

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and high‑volume workloads. 

• Experience mentoring junior retouchers or supporting team development. 

• Bonus: experience with CGI integration, motion retouching, or advanced compositing.
