As Opera GX continues to expand, so does the complexity and scale of our creative projects. To meet this demand, we’re looking for a Brand Creative to play a pivotal role in maintaining consistency, quality, and creative excellence across multiple initiatives.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between high-level brand directives and actionable strategies, working closely with the Creative Lead to ensure campaigns align with the Opera GX brand. You’ll manage the day-to-day creative aspects of various projects - from concept to delivery - while driving efficiency and ensuring projects meet our high standards.
With your experience in a fast-paced environment like an ad agency, you’ll bring a strategic mindset, a knack for solving creative challenges, and the ability to independently handle complex projects. Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive creative projects from brief to execution, ensuring alignment with Opera GX’s brand vision and guidelines.
- Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and channels while delivering high-quality, innovative work.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align creative outputs with strategic goals.
- Manage day-to-day creative tasks, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Contribute strategic and creative insights to elevate the overall quality of the work.
- Mentor and guide junior creatives, fostering growth and development within the team.
- Stay up to date with design and cultural trends, integrating relevant insights into creative strategies.
- Provide quality control for all creative outputs, ensuring technical and aesthetic excellence.
- Develop creative concepts and pitch ideas for campaigns, initiatives, and brand activations.
Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a creative role, ideally within an ad agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering creative projects from concept to completion.
- Experience working on digital campaigns, branding, and multi-channel creative projects.
- Strong design, conceptual, and storytelling skills, with a focus on digital and brand experiences.
- A strategic mindset to translate high-level directives into actionable, on-brand creative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Nice to have:
- Good skills in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Familiarity with gaming culture and an understanding of what resonates with gaming audiences.
- Curiosity and awareness of current trends in design, pop culture, and street art
