Project Manager

Orangesoft is looking for a Project Manager who sees beyond tasks to possibilities. Requirements

• Have experience as a Project Manager at least 1 years;
• Have experience and understanding in mobile and web development;
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, ClickUp);
• Ability to gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
• Be interested in technologies;
• Fluent English;
• Experience in the Healthcare domain is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead iOS, Android and web applications development;
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards;
• Coordinate tasks across different teams and stakeholders;
• Monitor project progress and report on status;
• Identify and manage project risks and issues;
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (if applicable);
• Maintain clear communication with clients or product ownership;
• Support project documentation and communication.
