🎯 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- being a leader for the Growth Team to achieve organizational goals
- identifying, planning and implementing the department's strategy consistent with the company's strategy
- monitoring and executing of the department's budget
- identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand our reach and customer base
- develop lead generation plans based on market trends and customers needs
- proposing and implementing innovative solutions
- work closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Delivery, People and Product Design teams, to build customer engagement to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- collaborate with the Business team and Marketing Manager to develop and execute lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns
- submitting and evaluating ideas to maximize results, and encouraging others to submit their ideas
- supervision over CRM data and their integration with marketing tools
- monitor and report on marketing and sales performance metrics
- share insights and best practices
- stay updated on IT Services and IT Consulting industry trends
💡 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- you have prior experience (min. 5 years) in marketing or sales B2B, focusing on lead generation plus you have experience as a Manager or Head of department (min. 2 years) you have excellent knowledge of IT industry (services and consulting) -it’s a must
- you have leadership and team-building skills. You are able to manage and motivate team members
- you have experience in implementing successful b2b marketing campaigns in the IT industry
- you have strong expertise in optimization techniques to improve conversion rates
- you have excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level)
- you know Polish: at least C1 level (a must)
- you have advanced knowledge of tools including: CRM (pipedrive, linkedin)
- you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of planning and executing projects
- you possess a dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset to develop innovative strategies
- you are honest - we value honesty even in case of bad news
- you are able to make a decision
- you have True team-work attitude
