Product Information Specialist (PIM)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Information Specialist (PIM) to manage and update product data across our e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will maintain data accuracy and integrity, ensure compliance with internal guidelines, and implement improvements that optimize processes, boost sales efficiency, and elevate product presentation.

Your responsibilities

• Managing and updating product data in the PIM system with accuracy and efficiency

• Processing and verifying data related to prices, product specifications, and availability

• Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and maintaining data integrity

• Verifying the accuracy of data transferred between systems (including prices, stock levels, product attributes, images)

• Managing the product catalog on packhelp.com

• Supporting process optimization by identifying areas for improvement in data management

• Proposing and implementing new solutions to increase sales efficiency and improve product data presentation

Our requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms and PIM systems (e.g., Akeneo or others)

• Analytical thinking and experience working with data sets

• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables)

• Accuracy, independence, and willingness to continuously develop skills

• Communicative level of English (B1+),
