We are a software house specializing in Next.js, working with companies from the UK and US to deliver tailored web applications. We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us connect with the right clients – decision-makers looking for solid technology solutions. If you know how to run LinkedIn outreach, create effective cold email campaigns, and analyze leads to make our sales meetings truly effective, this could be the right opportunity for you.


Salary: 8.000 - 12.000 PLN NET per month.

Location: remote / Białystok 


Responsibilities


  • LinkedIn Outreach. Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, crafting personalized messages, and engaging with their content.
  • Cold Email Campaigns. Developing email sequences, optimizing content, and tracking performance.
  • Lead Research. Identifying companies and key decision-makers, gathering relevant data for personalized outreach.
  • Lead Qualification. Assessing potential clients and passing high-quality leads to the sales team.
  • Analytics & Reporting. Tracking campaign performance and exploring new ways to improve outreach strategies.


Requirements


  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound marketing for custom software development services in international markets
  • Experience and understanding of the IT services sales process and the specifics of UK & US markets
  • Ability to build lead databases and work with data
  • Experience in running cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
  • English proficiency at C1 level – strong writing and business communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to personalize communication
  • Analytical skills – ability to assess campaign results and draw conclusions
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends

  • Experience working with CRM systems, e.g., Pipedrive
  • Ability to qualify leads for sales opportunities
