Main Responsibilities
- Planning and executing outbound campaigns:
- Creating concepts (value proposition, target)
- Building contact lists
- Writing campaign copy
- Monitoring results and implementing improvements
- Scheduling and conducting qualification meetings with potential clients (optional)
- Guiding clients through the next stages of the sales funnel (optional)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in running outbound campaigns for custom software development services in international markets
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent English (C1)
- Understanding of the sales process for custom software development services
- Familiarity with the specifics of selling to international markets (primarily UK & US)
- Knowledge of tools for building contact databases and running campaigns (email, LinkedIn)
- Ability to work with data, report results, and analyze outcomes
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Pipedrive) - nice to have
