Why This Role Matters?


We've built our success through outstanding React expertise and inbound marketing. Now, we're expanding our growth channels and need an experienced Outreach Expert to spearhead our outbound strategy. You'll play a crucial role in connecting our technical excellence with businesses that need it most.


Salary: 10.000 - 15.000 PLN net per month (B2B)

Location: Remote


Responsibilities

Lead Our Outbound Strategy


- Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, direct outreach)

- Create compelling messaging that resonates with technical decision-makers

- Build and enrich prospect lists through advanced research and segmentation

- Implement and optimize outreach automation tools

- Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing


Drive Quality Conversations

- Connect with CTOs and technical leaders at digital-native companies

- Qualify opportunities against our ideal customer profile

- Move qualified leads through our sales pipeline

- Collaborate with our Client Partners on opportunity handover


Requirements

- 3+ years in B2B software sales or business development

- Proven track record in custom software development services

- Strong background in managing outbound campaigns

- Expertise in email deliverability and domain reputation management

- Proficiency in outreach platforms (Apollo, Outreach.io, Woodpecker, or similar)

- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting


Nice to have

- Experience selling to UK/US markets

- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive)
