Your responsibilities
Establishing and developing long-term business relationships with new clients.
Active sales of the company’s products – fresh and frozen fish.
Gathering market intelligence and analyzing competitors’ activities.
Executing sales tasks across Poland – work conducted nationwide (office locations: Gdańsk and Słupsk).
Ensuring a positive image of the company in all business interactions.
Willingness to undertake international business trips.
Our requirements
Proven managerial experience in the fish industry, specifically in the sales of Atlantic salmon – mandatory requirement.
Ability to build long-term sales relationships and consistently develop business.
Confidence and effectiveness in solving day-to-day operational challenges.
Strong self-management skills, including planning and organizing one’s own work.
High availability, strong communication skills, and commitment to achieving goals.
Creativity and initiative in daily activities.
Category B driving licence.
Good command of English – mandatory requirement.
