High-Voltage Line Site Manager Germany

For our client, a German energy company, we are recruiting for the position of: High-Voltage Line Site Manager;

Location: Germany - Monachium, Mannheim, Darmstadt

Responsibilities:

· Leading and coordinating a team of electricians on site

· Organizing work and scheduling activities in the field

· Ensuring workplace safety and quality of completed work

· Collaborating with engineers, investors, and supervisory authorities

· Monitoring project progress and reporting in a timely manner

Requirements:

· Experience working on high-voltage lines (110–380 kV)

· Willingness to work at heights

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Responsibility and team leadership ability

· EU citizenship required

· German language skills (B1/B2)

· Driving license category B
