In-Store Communication Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Define the POSM (Point of Sale Materials) look & feel strategy for Pepco Europe, including creating POSM manuals;
• Collaborate with creative agencies in developing both promotional and fixed POSM elements;
• Work with printing houses to establish technical specifications for POSM;
• Support local markets in implementing POSM by setting standards and verifying execution;
• Assist markets in planning annual POSM budgets;
• Drive innovation in POSM, focusing on effectiveness and technical advancements;
• Coordinate POSM activities across key departments: Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Buying.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or higher;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, either in a creative agency or on the client’s side;
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage;
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines independently;
• Creative mindset with strong communication and teamwork abilities;
• Shopper-focused approach to communication strategies;
• Fluent in English;
• Knowledge of print techniques is a plus;
• Valid driving license.
