IT Service Delivery Team Leader

Location: 

Poznań, wielkopolskie, PL, 60-479


Your main responsibilities:  

  • Ensuring proper functioning of Stores Support Section 

  • Managing the User Support Process 

  • Managing cooperation with External Providers 

  • Building and managing the Knowledge Base 

  • Conducting analyses and reports 

 

Requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of work in the IT services area 

  • Relevant educational background in IT or related fields 

  • Advanced proficiency in English 

  • Experience in team management 

  • Good PC skills, especially MS Office tools 

  • Experience with organizing training programs 

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills 

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
