Manager Group Accounting

Your position in our team

• Prepare local financial statements for our German entities in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).

• Manage and coordinate the annual audit process with our external auditors.

• Create the notes to the financial statements and the annual management report.

• Execute the consolidation of all group financial statements (HGB).

• Reconcile internal management reporting with the official consolidated financial statements.

• Ensure the consistent application and implementation of accounting principles and policies across the entire group.

Your profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Several years of professional experience in group accounting or an audit firm, preferably in an international environment.

• Strong knowledge of HGB, IFRS is a plus.

• Experience with consolidation systems or Oracle NetSuite is a plus.

• Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented work ethic.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and German, Polish is a plus.

• A team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Twoje miejsce w naszym zespole

• Przygotowywanie lokalnych sprawozdań finansowych dla naszych niemieckich podmiotów zgodnie z niemieckim kodeksem handlowym (HGB).

• Zarządzanie i koordynacja procesu corocznego audytu z naszymi zewnętrznymi audytorami.

• Opracowywanie not objaśniających do sprawozdań finansowych oraz rocznego raportu zarządu.

• Przeprowadzanie konsolidacji wszystkich sprawozdań finansowych grupy (HGB).

• Uzgadnianie raportów wewnętrznych z oficjalnymi skonsolidowanymi sprawozdaniami finansowymi.

• Zapewnienie spójnego stosowania i wdrażania zasad rachunkowości oraz polityk w całej grupie.

Twój profil

• Wykształcenie wyższe w zakresie zarządzania, finansów, rachunkowości lub pokrewne.

• Kilkuletnie doświadczenie zawodowe w obszarze rachunkowości grupowej lub w firmie audytorskiej, najlepiej w środowisku międzynarodowym.

• Dobra znajomość HGB, znajomość MSSF (IFRS) będzie dodatkowym atutem.

• Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami konsolidacyjnymi lub Oracle NetSuite będzie dodatkowym atutem.

• Proaktywne, dobrze zorganizowane i zorientowane na szczegóły podejście do pracy.

• Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne w języku angielskim i niemieckim, znajomość języka polskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem.

• Umiejętność pracy zespołowej oraz silne zdolności analityczne i rozwiązywania problemów.
