B2B Marketing & Engagement Specialist
You will play a key role in shaping the Piwik PRO and Cookie Information brands by creating compelling marketing and PR content, working closely with partners, and organizing and participating in online and offline events.

Our clients include marketers, analysts, and compliance teams from various sectors, including healthcare, finance, public sector, telecom, energy, and education.
What will your responsibilities be?
Partner marketing activities and supporting the team in implementing social media strategies
Supporting influencer and partnership marketing activities, including maintaining relationships with key influencers and partners.
Executing planned partnership campaigns and communication initiatives.
Co-creating communication for Piwik PRO and Cookie Information across social media channels.
Organizing webinars and coordinating the company's participation in events
Organizing and coordinating webinars end-to-end, from content creation and speaker coordination, through promotion, to overseeing the event and post-event follow-up.
Coordinating the company’s presence at significant industry events in Europe and the US.
Cooperating with the team to ensure awareness of all communication initiatives across all channels
Co-creating PR and marketing content in English for Piwik PRO and Cookie Information.
Actively searching for collaboration opportunities among relevant brands, media outlets, and platforms.
Coordinating expert placements and maintaining relationships with journalists and editors.
What do we expect from you?
At least three years of experience in Communication, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in content creation (PR, marketing, or social media), preferably in a B2B environment.
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Piwik PRO Analytics Suite, Adobe Analytics) and/or consent management tools (Cookie Information, OneTrust).
Very good knowledge of English - C1 level (written and spoken).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience or willingness to speak in public/on stage.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
It would be nice if you also had:
Knowledge of the IT, SaaS, or digital analytics industry.
Experience in partnership marketing.
Ability to use webinar and streaming platforms such as Vimeo, Demio, TwentyThree, etc.
Fluency in Polish in speech and writing.
