Your Role:

• Identifying prospective financial partners. 
• Recognizing third-party entities that express interest in financing the Company’s endeavors.
• Conducting negotiations on behalf of the Company regarding transaction terms and agreements with third-party entities.
• Ensuring that all negotiations align with the Company’s pre-established guidelines.
• Providing consultancy services to the Company on transaction execution, including selecting suitable financing options and defining detailed transactional terms.
• Expanding business cooperation with clients, including game developers and publishers within the GameDev industry.
• Preparing and analyzing partnership proposals.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive efforts and the achievement of business objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

• In-depth Knowledge of the GameDev industry.
• Fluency in both English and Polish is a must.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills. 
• Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
• At least 2+ years of experience in GameDev. 
• A solid understanding of game development processes and industry best practices.
• Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
