We are currently seeking an IT Recruiter to join our team under a B2B contract.

Get ready to:

• Run full-cycle recruitment - from writing job ads that don’t sound like every other one out there, through sourcing, to negotiating offers and welcoming new hires.

• Work hand in hand with hiring managers - understanding their needs (sometimes better than they do themselves) and turning them into spot-on hiring strategies.

• Keep candidates in the loop - because good communication is part of a great candidate experience.

• Shape the way we recruit - bring in fresh ideas, test new tools (yes, even AI ones), and help us raise the bar.

• Represent Polcode out there - whether at job fairs, online events, or through employer branding campaigns, you’ll spread our vibe.

• Track, measure, improve - use data, ATS systems, and your recruiter intuition to make sure we’re getting better every day.

If you have...

• Solid experience in recruitment - ideally in IT!

• English and Polish on a level that lets you talk to candidates with ease (C1+ in English).

• Communication skills that make people actually want to pick up the phone when you call.

• A proactive mindset - you don’t wait around for candidates to come to you, you go out there and make things happen.

• Confidence in using modern, AI-driven recruitment tools - you’re not afraid of testing new solutions.

• Curiosity, energy, and a real passion for the IT world - you don’t just recruit in tech, you actually get it and enjoy being part of it.
