Currently, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our awesome team. We’re flexible with requirements, so if you are a candidate who has a majority match, but does not meet 100% of the requirements, that’s OK! We’d still love to hear from you.


Get ready to:

  • Manage and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction and project success in cooperation with Delivery teams
  • Support revenue growth through deep understanding of client business & market needs
  • Renegotiate contract extensions terms and project expansions
  • Maintain accurate account records and forecasts in CRM
  • Track account growth and activity against KPIs
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to maximize client value

 

If you have…

  • Solid experience managing custom software development & team augmentation client accounts (ideally internationally)
  • A proven track record of growing business within existing accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Good understanding of IT services, software development, and agile delivery models
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on results
  • Fluent English (C1+)
