Culture & Organizational Development Expert (International Scope)

We are looking for a Culture & Organizational Development Expert who will help us scale this ambition across our international footprint.

Your mission

You will translate our culture and transformation agenda into tangible solutions—supporting leaders, enabling change, and strengthening how we learn, collaborate, and grow as a global organization.

What you’ll do

• Drive culture and change initiatives across markets and business units

• Support large-scale transformation programs by embedding change management practices

• Co-create and implement integrated culture solutions, connecting talent, performance, and engagement

• Strengthen growth mindset and learning organization practices across teams

• Partner with leaders and HR to enhance organizational effectiveness and collaboration

• Bring external benchmarks and innovative approaches to culture and employee experience

• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance culture, communication, and learning

• Facilitate workshops and interventions in an international, cross-cultural environment

Who we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in culture, organizational development, or change management

• Experience in international / multicultural organizations

• Ability to navigate complex, matrix environments and diverse stakeholders

• Strong understanding of modern culture, transformation, and employee experience trends

• Practical experience in driving change at scale

• Interest and hands-on use of AI tools in people & culture work

• Fluent English (C1+); additional languages (e.g., Russian) are a plus

• High energy, curiosity, and a growth mindset
