Opis stanowiska

At TeaCode, we are looking for an experienced HR&TA Specialist who will replace our Head of HR Joanna for the time of her absence.

If you’re looking for a place where you can show your skills and experience and be responsible for all the human resources related tasks, TeaCode is a place for you. We are a small, 50 people company so there’s a lot of space to take the initiative. On the other hand, HR is responsible for both recruiting, hiring, employer branding and office tasks so you have to be a true multitasker.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources

    1. Monitor HR KPIs - both operational and culture/engagement-related.

    2. Work closely with Board Members and Heads (Delivery, Sales, Finance, Marketing): regular sessions, problem diagnosis, and cooperation in solution development.

    3. Preparing and updating contracts and company documentation.

    4. Designing and implementing HR solutions and processes.

    5. Monitoring and managing time offs/vacation schedules.

  2. Recruitment and Employer Branding

    1. Monitor TA KPIs 

    2. End-to-end recruitment process management – from posting job advertisements to recommending candidates.

    3. Active sourcing and talent acquisition.

    4. Ensuring a positive candidate experience through efficient and professional communication.

    5. Collaborate with the Marketing team on employer branding initiatives.

  3. Administration and Office Management

    1. Managing day-to-day office operations.

    2. Ordering and managing equipment for coworkers.

    3. Coordinating cooperation with external vendors/service providers when needed.

    4. Handling correspondence and shipments.

    5. Organizing and coordinating team-building events.

    6. Supporting financial and administrative tasks (invoices, payments, corrections, payroll support).

    7. Supporting internal communication (creating and publishing announcements, developing information and team-building activities).

 

Requirements:

  1. 5 years of experience in an HR Specialist role, preferably within the IT industry.

  2. Proven experience in recruitment and HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, labor law, creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and direct search etc.

  3. Very good command of English (min. B2+ level).

  4. Native-level proficiency in Polish.

  5. Higher education degree.

  6. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal competencies.

  7. Precision, accuracy, and a systematic approach to work.

  8. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  9. Ability to independently plan tasks and manage workload beyond daily ad-hoc operations.

Recruitment process:

  1. Interview with Head of HR (45 minutes)

  2. Short Analytical Test 

  3. Interview with Head of Delivery, CEO and CTO (1 hour)

  4. Decision
