We plan big and that's why we're always open for A-players to join our team! As of now we are looking for an Office Manager, a person responsible for owning the day-to-day office life in our Warsaw hub. This is an ideal role for an impact maker with an admin background who wants a role that truly matters.

💻 What will you do?

  • You will take full ownership of our document and admin flow - from business contracts and insurance policies to office invoices and the communication around them in Notion and Slack.

  • You will be the go-to person for our whole team by making sure everyone has the right hardware, docs, knows where to find things and always feels taken care of.

  • You will be the heart of the team, who enjoys organising events, finding occasions to celebrate, and making people feel appreciated.

  • You will be the pro of logistics and business travel - from booking flights, trains, and hotels for the team to handling shipments to our HQ in France, so none of it ever becomes anyone's headache. Especially yours.

  • You will keep the office truly alive by managing facilities, vendors, and needed supplies. Running out of coffee was never an option, right?

  • You will raise the bar on how we work. We are a digital-first company and proud of it, and we want someone who can push that even further. We want someone who spots inefficiencies, and doesn’t wait for an approval to make improvements.

😎 What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • A background in admin, office management, or operations (someone who truly enjoys this type of work and with a hunger to grow within People Operations).

  • An office-first person. You genuinely enjoy working from the office and being part of a team environment day to day.

  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You know what needs to be done and you do it without being asked.

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail, but flexible enough to adapt when things change.

  • Ability to manage logistics, priorities, and coordinate multiple moving parts simultaneously.

  • Digital-first and creative thinker (sometimes the best solution is an unexpected one, and the right tools make all the difference).

  • A people person, who is approachable, calm and focused under pressure, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills. You have to be fluent in both Polish and English (min. C1).

  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and comfortable with other digital tools like Slack, Notion, and Autenti.

  • Cat. B driving license.

Extra points for:

  • Previous experience in a fast-growing or international company.

  • Experience working with AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) in a day-to-day work context.
