About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Support Service Engineer to join our team, specializing in Energy Storage Systems (ESS). In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth start-up, operation, and troubleshooting of Energy Storage Systems. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and the R&D department to deliver high-quality technical assistance.
Title: Technical Support Service Engineer - Energy Storage Systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for technical support related to the company’s ESS products, including BESS, PCS, and EMS.
- Provide remote and on-site support for system start-up, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Work collaboratively with the R&D team to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide training to customers and field teams on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain technical support documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
- Gather customer feedback to identify potential improvements and relay suggestions to the R&D team.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in energy storage systems, renewable energy, or a related industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong understanding of energy storage technologies (e.g., lithium-ion batteries, inverters, BMS, etc.) is preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders.
