We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who wants to shape the future with a fantastic team in the US and Poland.
💼 Who You Are:
3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the digital/marketing industry.
Proficiency in English at C1 level.
Strong knowledge of Figma — design systems, components, and prototypes.
Strong command of Adobe CC — especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects/Rive or other animation tools is a big plus.
Understanding of UI/UX principles.
Ability to work with brand books and experience in developing visual identities.
Ability to create assets tailored to the requirements of various social media platforms.
Highly developed communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and creativity.
Mindset: Ability to analyze data and iterate on content performance
🚀 Your Mission:
Designing graphics for paid advertising campaigns – primarily LinkedIn Ads (static images, carousels, video covers, document ads, animations).
Collaborating closely with team members responsible for campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, SEM, outbound) to understand the goal and context of each creative.
Creating a design system to support sales and customer success, as well as ongoing needs for promotional materials.
Developing and evolving the design system for the company website in collaboration with the Design/UX team.
Working with existing branding and contributing to the development of new brand initiatives.
Creating corporate materials – including sales and marketing presentations, as well as trade show and event collateral.
Developing the design system for our landing pages.
Preparing final assets for implementation – ensuring pixel-perfect and detail-oriented execution.
Developing and maintaining BigTime’s visual identity.
