The recent acquisition of Primetric 🎉, based in Wroclaw, Poland, expands our commitment to meeting the growing mission-critical needs of businesses within the professional services sector.


🚀 We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. The role is dedicated to the Large accounts market (companies with 300 - 1000 employees).


Your main task will be setting demo appointments with AEs using cold outreach techniques (cold calling, cold mailing, and LinkedIn).

🚀 Your mission

  1. Execute outreach strategy in the US.
  2. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.



🏆 That’s what you need to be successful in this role

  1. Scheduled appointments with prospects from the pre-defined list will be a key performance metric.


🧠 Our expectations

  1. 3+ years of experience in similar roles (SDR/BDR/AE) in the B2B industry focused on cold prospecting with a proven track record (ideally, US market).
  2. 3+ years of experience in cold calling, cold email/LinkedIn campaigns.
  3. C1/C2 level English proficiency - daily communication with US-based customers should not hinder you.
  4. Crafting compelling messages based on relevancy, timing, personalization and.
  5. Experience in using email and LinkedIn automation tools like: Woodpecker, Apollo, Clay, GetProspect.


🎯 Nice to Have:

  1. 2+ years of experience in mid-sized/large account.
  2. Researching and creating segmented prospects' databases.
  3. Email/LinkedIn deliverability knowledge.
  4. Email warm-up process knowledge.
  5. Working on outbound KPIs (open rates, positive reply rates, pickup rate, bounce rate, etc.).
  6. Strong desire to learn handson sales techniques such as targeting, lead gen, outbound prospecting, and overall sales process.
  7. Experience in the SaaS industry.
