We build innovative and high-value products and specialize in creating products with the highest return on investment versus risk.

Profil Software is looking for a UX/UI Designer who will join the team and who likes to be in touch with the client and share his/hers knowledge.

 We implement projects mainly for startups and companies in the field of:
B2B, Fintech, Workflow and Productivity apps, Voice Tech, Route Optimization, Logistic, Document Management, Healthcare.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a UX / UI Designer
  • Experience in working at the conceptual stage with the client
  • Knowledge of the Sketch tool or similar
  • Knowledge of Adobe XD and / or Photoshop
  • Experience in designing clickable mockups
  • Very good command of the English language - C1

Tasks:

  • Designing modern web and mobile applications
  • Identifying needs, conducting design workshops with clients
  • Support for the development team at the implementation stage
  • Ultimately, building a design team in the company

Nice to have:

  • Experience in working with a foreign client
  • Cooperation with Software House
  • Ability to work on Figma or Zeplin

Location: Gdynia
Type of contract: B2B / UoP
Salary: 4,000 - 6,000 net for B2B
Methodology: Scrum / Kanban
Remote work possibility: 2 days a week
