We deliver leading SaaS technology and marketing services to give hoteliers the tools to increase revenue performance, bookings, and efficiency, and provide their consumers with the best services and experiences.

Currently, we are looking for Client Onboarding Specialists Team Leader to join and lead our team of Onboarding Specialists.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Assign all Standard projects to the Client Onboarding Specialist to ensure the onboarding process is not only efficient but also released on time,
• Facilitate team's professional development, support them with removing roadblocks, support hiring processes,
• Report on exceptions to the Pre Sales & Onboarding Director,
• Check all hotels/products going live to the highest achievable standard,
• Raise all development requests with Pre Sales Manager,
• Raise any future development requests in the Ideas Bank,
• Liaise with the Pre Sales Manager for all new connection requests,
• Ensure the customer has a great onboarding experience,
• Accountable for projects going live on time,
• Provide accurate reporting on assigned projects,
• Engage with team members to provide support to achieve the company goals,

Requirements

What are the requirements for the role?

• Be able to juggle multiple projects at once and adapt according to changing priorities,
• Have previous professional experience from a hotel or software company operating in the hospitality sector, so you understand how hotels operate on a daily basis,
• Have a good understanding of what the onboarding process and connectivity look like in a Software as a Service model,
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with fluency in English
• Have a guest-centric and international mentality
• Be comfortable with occasional traveling for team meetings (no more than a couple of times a year) - while this is a remote role, we enjoy meeting each other from time to time.
