Junior Accountant with Russian

The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development. 

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Junior Accountant with Russian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering accounting documents into the financial system (invoices, bank statements, cash reports)

• Verifying the accuracy of documents in terms of formal and accounting compliance

• Assisting in the preparation of tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT)

• Supporting the creation of financial reports and summaries for the accounting department and management

• Archiving documents in accordance with applicable regulations

• Collaborating with the payroll and HR departments, as well as other company teams

• Monitoring payments and preparing bank transfers

• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and annual balance sheets

• Participating in month-end and year-end closing processes

• Providing day-to-day support to the accounting team

Our Requirements:

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Comarch Optima, Symfonia, enova365, or other ERP systems)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial summaries)

• Basic knowledge of tax regulations (VAT, CIT, PIT)

• Ability to analyze financial documents (invoices, reports, bank statements)

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Motivation and willingness to learn and grow professionally

• High level of confidentiality and professional ethics

• Knowledge of Polish, Russian and English
