Brand Designer

We’re hiring a Brand Designer.

Great design isn’t decoration. It’s the part that makes people stop scrolling, lean in, and instantly feel what the brand is about. As a Brand Designer, you’ll help shape the visual language that makes ideas look inevitable. You’ll take early direction (sometimes sharp, sometimes “we’ll know it when we see it”) and turn it into clean, confident design that holds up everywhere it shows up.

This role is about building brand systems that feel alive, not over-guidelined. You’ll craft identities, layouts, and assets that are consistent without being repetitive, bold without being loud, and premium without trying too hard.

From concept to execution, you’ll design visuals that give brands presence, clarity, and that quiet kind of confidence that’s hard to fake. If you’ve got taste, craft, and the instinct to make ideas look unmistakably right, we’d love to see what you can do.

• Fluency in Polish and English.

• Instinct for composition, type, and contrast.

• Ability to turn messy inputs into clear, intentional visuals.

• Attention to detail, focused on what actually matters.

• Confidence in presenting your work as if you’d tell a great story.

• Strong portfolio of branding work for startups or scaleups.

• Understanding the best design processes and how to tailor them to user and client needs.

• Completely at home working in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.

• Efficient, organized, and comfortable under tight deadlines.
