What type of people are we looking for? 

• Graphic Designer with proven experience in creating social media graphics (must-have)

• Highly independent — able to manage projects end-to-end (from concept to final output) without supervision

• Someone who combines traditional design skills with active use of AI in daily work

• Availability during the day (between 9:00 and 17:00, at least ~2 hours daily)

• Approx. 40 hours per month, with potential to increase over time

What skills and experience are crucial for us?

• Strong portfolio showcasing social media design projects (required)

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (main working tool)

• Basic skills in animation and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Experience in creating animations and motion design for digital formats

• Ability to design aesthetic, modern creatives tailored for digital platforms

• Active use of AI tools (e.g. Gemini, Midjourney) in daily production work

• Strong prompting skills—ability to achieve high-quality outputs with minimal iterations

• Ability to integrate AI into a traditional design workflow while maintaining visual consistency

• Ability to independently manage the full production process of graphics and animations using AI

• Polish min. C1.

• 70-80 PLN/hour gross (negotiable, depends on agreement).
