• Fluency in Polish and English

• Confidence in presenting your work as if you'd tell a great story

• Portfolio of commercial projects for Startups and/or Scaleups

• Understanding the best design processes and how to tailor them to user and client needs

• Completely at home working in Figma

• Efficient, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines

• Team player that'll fit into our design-driven, collaborative team
