The Role: More Than Just Design Leadership

As our Lead Digital Designer, you'll:

• Drive creative direction for ambitious, multi-year digital transformations

• Craft compelling product experiences across web, mobile, and brand touchpoints

• Lead and mentor our talented design team, fostering growth and innovation

• Collaborate directly with global clients, translating complex visions into elegant solutions

• Shape the future of digital products that impact millions of users

You're Perfect for This If:

• You have substantial agency(!) and/or relevant startup/scaleup experience crafting digital products

• Your portfolio showcases a deep understanding of modern product and web design principles

• You thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving complex challenges

• You're passionate about mentoring and elevating team performance

• You're based in the EU (our team is primarily in Poland, but we're fully remote-friendly)

Technical Requirements:

• Expert-level Figma proficiency

• Experience with or willingness to learn Framer / Webflow / Adobe Creative Cloud / Similar

• Strong understanding of modern design tools and ability to quickly adapt to new ones

Soft Skills That Matter:

• English B2+ proficiency

• Remote work experience

• Clear, transparent communication

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Self-driven with strong project management skills

• Kind personality with ability to give and receive feedback

Compensation:

• 9 000 PLN - 25 000 net (B2B) monthly
