Senior Talent Acquisition Lead
A bit about the team you’ll be joining:
You’ll be part of a tight knit 11 person Talent Acquisition team spread across the UK, Poland, Germany and Benelux. We operate as a centre of excellence - not just delivering hires, but shaping how we scale, how we represent our brands and how we empower hiring managers across all countries.
We’re structured into three hiring pods:
UK & Ireland Pod – focused on our most mature, cross functional market.
Operations Pod – focused on high volume hiring across our 2 UK based & 1 Poland based manufacturing sites.
International Pod – your pod; responsible for commercial hiring across the EU and supporting new country market entry.
You’ll lead the International Pod (initially two Talent Acquisition Partners), working closely with People and Commercial colleagues across multiple markets. The team is collaborative, candid and supportive — we problem solve together, share wins and keep each other grounded in good practice and commercial reality.
A bit about the work you’ll deliver:
Own commercial hiring across EU markets: You’ll lead on end to end hiring for commercial roles across our EU regions, including inaugural teams in new countries (we are launching an average of 3 per year!) and supporting existing markets where needed. You’ll balance hands on delivery with mentoring, coaching and developing your pod.
Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders: You’ll influence workforce plans, hiring priorities, and role definition - bringing clarity and structure to markets at different stages of growth by business partnering with:
Country People Leads
Head of People
EU Managing Director
Prepare us for new country launches: You’ll help build our playbooks, talent maps, market intelligence and hiring sequences for new EU launches, ensuring Talent Acquisition is at the table early and adding real strategic value. This also includes employer branding and attraction strategies in both existing and new markets.
Build a scalable, high performing International Pod: You’ll develop our existing Talent Acquisition Partners, setting rituals and performance expectations, and creating a pod that is predictable, consistent and respected for its business partnering approach.
Drive process excellence & CoE standards: You’ll ensure EU hiring operates within our shared frameworks. This includes consistent templates, fair & equitable interview processes, data led decisions and strong candidate experience. You’ll also have a passion for AI and be ready to drive efficiency improvements from day one.
A bit about what we’re looking for:
Please note this role is based in our Psibufet office in Warsaw. The ways of working expectations are 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home. It is essential that you’re fluent in both Polish and English language.
A true player/coach. Someone who can deliver their own roles while building capability in others.
Strong commercial hiring experience, ideally across multiple EU markets.
Excellent communicator in Polish & English, able to influence with clarity and grounded confidence.
A trusted partner to senior leaders, comfortable challenging, advising and bringing structure.
Commercially minded, with a clear sense of pace, quality and business impact.
Calm under pressure, with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous, scaling environments.
Process-minded, with a passion for consistent frameworks, data and continuous improvement.
Collaborative, values-driven and excited to be part of a close knit team operating as a centre of excellence.

🚑 Medicover private healthcare to help you take care of your health and well-being on a regular basis.
🤾♀️ Multisport card available in one of three plan options.
