- Designing user interfaces and digital materials for various platforms and formats (websites, landing pages digital campaigns, CRM, web, eCommerce).
- Building Design Systems for clients.
- Work planning and verification in cooperation with a team of Project Managers, Strategists and Client Service.
- Co-creation of innovative concepts of e-marketing activities.
- Using modern and non-standard solutions.
- Testing solutions before delivering them to the client.
- Technical analysis of websites projects.
- Substantive work with the project from the concept phase to execution.
- Knowledge sharing within the team, supporting junior team members.
- Presenting solutions to the client (in English or Polish) and discussing feedback.
- Conducting quality assessment of work made by junior team members, both technical and in terms of aesthetic and brand compliance.
- Working with Developers.
- Min. 3 years experience as a Graphic/UI Designer (social, websites, eCommerce, digital materials) or in a similar role, showcasing a portfolio of relevant design projects.
- Good knowledge of User Experience issues.
- Very good knowledge of Figma, including components and variables.
- Experience in designing websites in the RWD environment.
- Ability to formulate and defend one's arguments.
- Ability to technically analyze the possibilities of websites and other digital assets
- Good knowledge Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Knowledge of other UI/UX Design tools, e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch, Animate is a plus.
- Knowledge of the basics of HTML/CSS.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory and composition principles.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of digital production processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback.
- Openness in cooperation between the departments, communication skills.
- Excellent working time organization, attention to detail and a desire to develop your skills.
- Good command of English in speaking and writing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
