Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Executing communication and adaptation projects for European markets under the guidance of your supervisor; 
• Building and maintaining good relations with the client; 
• Preparing client presentations, schedules, and project summaries; 
• Ensuring high quality and timeliness of completed tasks; 
• Working closely with other agency departments: production; 
• Supporting the supervisor in administrative tasks on ongoing projects on selected categories. 

Qualifications

• Ability to work in accordance with established processes;
• Preferred: One year of experience in a customer service department in an advertising agency or marketing department
• Organizational and task prioritization skills;
• Responsibility for assigned tasks;
• Ability to easily establish contact and build a long-term relationship with the client;
• Conscientiousness and commitment to projects;
• Excellent time and work organization skills;
• Very good verbal and written English language skills;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Ability to easily learn and operate new programs and platforms;
